Here we have a video from Microsoft showing us how to use the Freeze tool in Microsoft Excel. This is used to Freeze panes on an excel spreadsheet. This allows you navigate the spreadsheet while still having your row and column headings in view. This is very handy and useful in managing large spreadsheets.
